ABOUT NOT IN KANSAS ANYMORE
⭐ When you arrive at Not In Kansas Anymore, you'll be welcomed by a spacious corner lot, a charming covered front porch, and balconies on each level of the home. The main level exterior features a cozy covered porch with seating and a private gas grill for your enjoyment.

FIRST FLOOR
⭐ As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the spacious living room, featuring a sofa, loveseat, and a large Roku flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which seats 8, plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The newly updated kitchen boasts a tile backsplash, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs.

Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed, loveseat that pulls out for a twin bed, and Roku flat-screen TV. The private en-suite bathroom includes a custom tile shower and double vanity. There is a powder room on the first floor for guests located in the hall.

The first floor also has a guest storage with a children's picnic table the can be pulled out for your little one's dining needs, as well as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a variety of beach toys.

SECOND FLOOR
⭐ On the second floor, you'll find a family room - the perfect hangout spot! It features a sofa and loveseat, a Roku flat-screen TV, a pub table with stools, a wet bar with mini frig and microwave, and balcony access. The hallway includes a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination and an oversized vanity.

The first guest bedroom on this floor offers a queen bed and a Roku TV. The second guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (twin-over-full and twin-over-twin) and a Roku TV. The upgraded washer/dryer is located in the walk-in laundry room on this floor.

THIRD FLOOR
⭐ On the third floor, you'll find two beautiful queen bedrooms, each with Roku TVs. Both rooms offer access to the balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee! For the kids, a separate bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a Roku TV. These rooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination located in the hall.

LOCATION
⭐ The Villages of Crystal Beach is one of Destin's most sought-after neighborhoods, located just 900 yards from the beach! Our neighborhood also has a free seasonal trolley, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day to transport you to and from the beach. The pool and spa area is truly top of the line! The 30,000 square foot, seasonally heated lagoon-style pool features a zero entry area, three waterfalls, a spa, beautiful landscaping, and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. There are also patio tables and chairs so you can enjoy a meal poolside! It also offers surround sound, a flat-screen TV, a grilling area, and a tiki bar to make your time poolside even more enjoyable!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. This is a gated community. Gate access code will also be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things to Know:

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS PROVIDED
⭐ Our beach house will be ready when you arrive with comfortable bedding, towels, wash clothes and hand towels. Also included will be six kitchen trash can liners, five dishwashing pods, liquid dish soap, five laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and two rolls of paper towels. We do not provide beach towels. Our home is also "kid friendly." There is a child size picnic table in the main floor storage closet that you can use for the little ones to eat at. We have plastic cups and melamine plates. We also have four pack and plays ready to sleep those babies and toddlers!

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our home offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ There is enough room in the driveway of our home for two standard sized vehicles or three small economy cars. - there are no parking passes required. There is extra parking available by the community pool and at the south end of Kono Way which is used on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles or trailers of any kind within the community.

BEACH GEAR
⭐ Our home is equipped with everything you need for a great beach day: four beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and a cooler and a variety of beach toys. The beach is just a short 0.5-mile walk away, only about 10 minutes to get there!

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included but rentals are available through La Dolce Vita! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.

BEACH TRAM
⭐ Free trolley to the beach, running from Memorial Day to Labor Day! They will load all your gear and take you to the closest beach access. They are a phone call way when you are ready to head home. If you prefer to walk, the beach is only a short 0.5-mile stroll, just about 10 minutes away!

POOL/HOT TUB
⭐ Enjoy the Zero-Entry Resort Lagoon Pool, heated seasonally from March 1 through mid-April as well as for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's! The pool, hot tub, and tiki hut are all conveniently located in the center of the Villages of Crystal Beach community, just a short walk around the corner from our home! Please review the safety guidelines posted in the pool area. Use of this amenity is at your own risk. For more information, please refer to the posted rules.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property does not have an entry camera at this time, but the resort and our home has personnel in place to monitor our home and the community and amenities. We kindly ask that all guests respect the property and its rules. In the event of any issues, guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will be responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the host's health and severe allergies, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, our favorite public beaches, Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail and Crab Trap in Miramar Beach offer bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly by 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender. First aid kit and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
